Mesquite is a tree that grows in South America and the southwestern United States. The pods of this tree are ground and a mesquite powder is obtained, which has a light and sweet taste reminiscent of caramel and molasses. Due to its ability to balance blood sugar, Mesquite is suitable for diabetics. The glycemic index is 25 and has a high percentage of dietary fiber. It favors the digestive system.

Method of use:
